I’ve wanted one of these for a long time and finally got one! I went with the gallon bowl, which was still a bit smaller than I expected, but it’s exactly what the measurements state. The plastic is a good quality - it feels thick and sturdy and very well-constructed.For hanging. I decided to try the plastic piece instead of dealing with drilling a hole in the wall for the other method. I like that they include both options. The plastic piece is super simple to install and is insanely sturdy. I can’t believe how sturdy it feels.After putting the gravel, tiki man, moss balls and plants in there, it seemed a bit crowded. I let it sit for a week before putting a fish in there and ended up removing the moss balls and trimming the plant way back to provide more room. I currently have a betta in there and he seems very content and healthy.I wouldn’t put really any other kind of fish in there because it isn’t a lot of room, especially not a goldfish since they’re quite messy, they grown quickly and need much more room than this. I added an air stone as well to gently aerate the water and the betta seems to like it.I’m very pleased with this fish bowl. It’s easy to maintain. I siphon out about half the water weekly using an air hose so I can clean out the gravel, but it doesn’t require much maintenance outside of that. It’s a fun and unique addition for our dining room and we enjoy looking at it daily. I might have to get a second one!

Shipped pretty fast. Good quality. Sturdy. I put live plants, spring water, a betta and a snail in it. No filter. I have a lamp nearby that I often leave on to keep the water warmer. Oh, and I added a waterproof button-light that I can change the colors with a remote. I've had the betta for about 2 months, he is very happy. He's got places to hide, likes swimming around and thru the plants, when I come in the room he comes to the glass to greet me. Eats well. He is truly happy in his home on my living room wall ..lol Often activity in the room. By the way, his name is Liberace :) A few weeks ago I put a medium sized snail in there with him. No problems. I've been siphoning some of the water out weekly, and putting in fresh spring water. Spring water is not harmful, and provides nutrients & minerals to stabilize the temperature. I think with a little more time I won't need to refresh it so often, we'll see, the plants and Mr snail should keep it fairly clean. And, the plants provide oxygen. I love this aquarium, it's unique.

My kids wanted dwarf frogs for their rooms. It is perfect for 2 to 3 frogs or a beta.

This bowl/vase is amazing. I am a huge plant and fish lover. I have been slowly re-doing my bathroom and a friend mentioned the idea of mounting something like this between my two new medicine cabinets...best....idea...ever! I could not be happier with the turn out of this. I mounted it and filled it a couple of days before I got the betta just to make sure it wouldnt easily fall off of the wall or leak. It did neither. Needless to say again, I am very happy with this product.

I really love this tank. It doesn't leak luckily, which was my biggest concern, and seems to be pretty sturdy. My only issue was that the instructions lacked in depth information, I just feel like it could have been better. I used a long wood screw to hang mine instead of the hangers provided, as I felt it would be better to attach the gallon of water hanging on my wall directly to a beam in the wall.Overall though, I’m happy it works and I’ll probably order another when I decide where to put it.

Love my plant wall mount. It's eye catching and just the right size. I did not put fish in it because the space to move about in the bowl is small and that would be inhumane. I also didn't use the screws and mount that comes with the bowl. I just used a basic nail and hammered it into the wall. That did the trick and the hole isn't as big as it would have been had I used the mounting kit. Can't wait for my pothos to prosper!

I love this thing. My daughter won 2 fish at the fall festival and put the little fishbowl that they came in on a high shelf. The next day, the fish were missing and my cat lawyered up and wouldn't answer any questions about the disappearance. This bowl is perfect because you can have a fish without it turning into a snack for your cat since there's no way they can reach it.I bought the 1-gallon size for a male betta. I know people have mentioned a paper on the back, but that peels off and you can leave it transparent where you can see the wall or add aquarium paper or any other kind of decorated paper. I went with aquarium paper from the pet store, which I traced, cut to size and simply attached with invisible tape. I added some aquarium pebbles at the bottom and a rock he can swim through or just hang out in, which fits nicely. I would suggest taking your bowl into the store with you to make sure any rocks or plants you get fit, especially if you do the half gallon size, just to make it easier on you. To change his water, I scoop out some of the water already in the bowl, get him out with a net and place him in the waiting water. Then it's easy to remove the bowl from the wall and change out the water. I have had no issues with this bowl and it hangs securely on the wall.

Had a fish since Valentines Day 2024 just chillin on the wall. I got the smaller size, I will say I wish I got the bigger size. It's well made, never fallen off my wall.

It looks great on my office wall. I wasn’t sure if the little hangy thing would hold it up so I tested it without a fish for a day and it was fine. Now I’ve had it up for a few weeks, still fine. Mr Smith, Director of Sales is happy, I’m happy.

This fish bowl is AMAZING, I loooove it. My beta seems to love it just as much as I do! The tank is so unique and gives me one less wall decor I need to find for my new apt. It’s 1 gallon and the fish bowls sold at the pet shop were all 1 gallon as well... for the people complaining that it’s not big enough for a poor little fish, I’m sure the fish love this tank vs the itty bitty cups they’re in for months (lady at the shop said) I think this listing is more expensive than the others because there isn’t that plastic part behind the nail showing after the bowl is hung and there is no sticky paper needed to be pulled off from the back. No it doesn’t come with a little plastic plant, rocks, or net like some of the other listings.Most definitely recommend:)

This tank is awesome!!! It's not in the way. Very secure, which was honestly my biggest fear. It's very easy to install and goes very well with any layout. We also have cats and they physically have no way of getting to it. Only issue I have is when it comes to cleaning it. It's a very awkward process and takes a little longer than normally it should but it's definitely worth it. If you have children I also definitely recommend. Where we have ours placed my 5 year old son can still look at the tank but not touch it so he can see his fish without possibly making it deaf.

I bought this a few days after we adopted “Pumpkin” (he was adopted in Halloween). I was worried for a few things:- will the seam eventually leak?- will the plastic etch?-will one screw actually hold it on a wall?Happy to say, 4 YEARS LATER, no leaks, no etched look, and it’s held up with that lonesome screw for the entire time!Guests love this bowl. Plus, it’s cat-proof!

Can’t wait to put my fishy in there! Easy to install and great for small fish like beta. Tank is a strong durable plastic which makes me feel better about hanging it and cleaning it.

I was abit surprised as I thought it was going to look alittle cheap since it’s made out of plastic/acrylic. But it looks great so far!Assembling it to the wall was easy as they come with mounting parts.I’m alittle worried if it’s going to hold up through the evening since I’ve mounted it on a dry wall instead of it being through a brick wall.Finger crossed! It looks beautiful with plants in it!

We purchased these wall-mounted aquariums as a cute way to add some plant life to our bathroom, and provide a home for our betta fish. These are even better than I thought the would be. The plastic is nice and thick, so I'm not worried about them breaking or falling off the wall. The hardware that came with it provided a few different ways to mount them, although one of the plastic mounts I wouldn't use because it looks very flimsy. I used the wall anchors and screws which holds them up very securely. I absolutely love them!

I used this in my classroom for my students to enjoy. We had our betta, apple dinosaur, in the tank and he lived his full life expectancy. It was absolutely wonderful AND VERY STURDY!!! It survived the 2018 Alaska earthquake and I am VERY impressed. Apple dinosaur lived for a long time afterward and the tank never left the wall. All his pebbles of course were swept to the side but still the tank was not swayed by the earthquake. Would definitely recommend for betta or any low maintenance fish. This is truly a good fish tank!!!

I purchased this for my wife to add a little something to her new home office. I unboxed it and mounted it (empty) on the wall. It looked great! The next day she put some rocks in the bottom and proceeded to fill it with water only to find out that it leaked horribly out of the left side. This wasn't just a couple of drops but almost a full stream out the side and down the bottom of the bowl. We emptied it out and I managed to seal it up with epoxy.

The media could not be loaded. Nothing says, "Happy fish," like a betta sleeping on his leaf. I anchored this into the wood behind the dry wall. It handles the weight just fine. It's a great size at 1 gallon. It is a bit crowded with the filter that I chose but I might change it out for a smaller one in the future. I like having the aquarium on the wall because I have a small home and space is a premium and I need to use it wisely. I love the look of this aquarium, it's like art. I am very pleased with this purchase.
